From rights to action

Indigenous Women at the center

GR39 and the Action Plan 2025–2030 are grounded in the priorities, struggles, and leadership of Indigenous Women.

Indigenous Women can use GR39 to:

  • Defend their individual and collective rights
  • Strengthen organizing and leadership
  • Engage authorities through an international human rights framework
  • Challenge structural and intersectional discrimination
  • Influence laws, policies, and decisions affecting their territories and lives

From Territories to Decision-Making Spaces
